We require our support staff to continue researching and investigating any issue or problem until it is resolved because we recognize the full implication of being entrusted with the fate of our clients' businesses. And because commerce and life are conducted around-the-clock, the REVERSE 911® support staff is available 24 hours a day, everyday for resolution of critical issues.
Project Management
Project management is essential to the successful installation, testing and implementation of REVERSE 911® technology for this project. The REVERSE 911® team regularly conducts project planning, briefings and kickoff meetings with our clients. Team flexibility is a necessary component and adjustments and resulting changes to scope of work will be accommodated where necessary.
Complex REVERSE 911® system implementations include a Detailed Project Plan and are assigned to a dedicated project manager professional (PMP).
In the Project Plan, our customers can expect:
- Specific times and dates for each milestone of the installation process
- A step-by-step guide of items that the customer needs to assist
- A kick-off meeting that outlines the basics of the project
- A full description of the installation and training process for your staff
- Assistance with regard to publicity, local media and Open House options
