How to get your 6.1 Update
Your 6.1 update is free when you are on a current REVERSE 911® support and maintenance subscription.
REVERSE 911® will reserve a date for your update and notify you by email. All you need to do is confirm your upgrade date by responding to the email you receive. You can also email us to reserve a day and time.
Within a few days before your appointment, you will receive a REVERSE 911® Update CD. Your REVERSE 911® technician will contact you to remotely update your system.
